More from INTERWOVEN 2013 - LINEAIST and AMPERSANDER

Taking an interesting series of artwork and reproducing it as gorgeous fabric for a fashion collection is truly inspirational. The Lineaist and Ampersander display at Interwoven 2013 was one of my favourites:

Jonathan Blackwell and Angela Nash
"Angela Nash is the designer behind the fashion label Ampersander.
She has partnered with artist Jonathan Blackwell of Lineaist to produce a textile based on the painting, "Trinity Abstract" and printed on a fluid white silk."

More images of Jonathan's fine art can be seen on his website, like Trinity Abstract (above) and 'Teton Reflection' ...a peaceful, serene illustration.

Gorgeous!

Such a beautiful silk for a scarf..love it!...want it!
