Colour Mixing A pinch of this a spoonful of that....When I have a particular colour in mind, I like to mix it the old fashioned way.....adding small amounts of colour at a time......
.... after a major arm work-out and plenty of trial and error the desired colour emerges.
Recently I've mixed this soft Dove Grey.....
and I'm loving it printed on this gorgeous linen fabric.
Ah ha! so you call that colour dove grey. I was trying to find out what that colour was on etsy.

Actually the colour I was thinking of was close to the first image you have, there. What would you call that colour?

ReplyDeleteThe first colour in the photos is simply a mix of true blue ink and white. It's a lovely colour too, I agree with you. Is it like a duck egg blue?? Maybe or a soft pastel blue.
