This Post is to spread the word for the QLD Flood Relief Auctions to help those in need who have suffered great loss in the last few days from the terrible floods in lower QLD. Access the auction by clicking on the Flood Relief Banner in the left hand column of this blog.
The Auctions were begun by Toni from Make It Perfect and thank you to Terese at Designed to a T for posting about this relief effort on her blog.

Hi Karen, thank you for posting about this. My Auction will be up on Monday and will run for the week until Monday 24th Jan. My friends and family have been affected in Bundaberg, Emerald and now Brisbane where my son evacuated yesterday. All are safe and sound.
ReplyDeleteEveryone, please help where you can. I work for a major bank and they are matching any employee donation, so that's a double up for the Premier's Fund. Banks get a rough trot sometimes but I can tell you the Bank I work for has always had a lot of community effort and support. I've seen it many times over the 18 years I've worked for them. I'm sure the others do as well.
