That's A Bit Raw

Exposing a raw edge of fabric on a cushion feels like breaking the rules, somehow.
It brings a little satisfaction to the rebellious side of my personality that gets a little weary of sewing straight seams and overlocking edges.

This cushion was a pleasure to sew. The fabrics are tactile, the colours contrast nicely and it made good use of a few small sample pieces I had.

Hemp/Yak Hair is a little slippery to sew, but it's a gorgeous fabric and combined with the Mocha and Off White Hemp/Organic Cotton provides great texture for this cushion.
